Transparency & Accountability

Manufacturers of safety equipment have a serious obligation to not only meet industry standards, but also to highlight potential safety concerns that could put others at risk.  At FireTech Supplies, we have embarked on a route of full transparency when it comes to NFPA compliance.  We honor & respect the standards published by the NFPA because they represent thousands of hours of collaboration across industry experts.  The information they publish is backed by science and has users' safety in mind at every turn.  

It's with this mission in mind, that we provide the following test data on our OMNIcheck machines.  If you would like to learn whether your POSIchek or Quaestor machine are NFPA compliant, we will run those test free of charge for you.  We only ask that you cover shipping charges.   Compliance tests are run in two locations.  For external 3rd party verification, we use Florida Dive Lab who is recognized as CE Notified.  Although NFPA does not require 3rd party testing, we view this as crucial for full impartiality.  Internal tests are done on our production line with NIST traceable calibration records.
